It is finishing a re-derive right now and it now looks okay. I deleted all the mp3's and ogg files and recreated them from the FLAC's. In general, if you are renaming files, you only need to rename the FLAC files and the system will clean up all the derivatives. I'm not sure if you tried renaming the mp3's too? Anyway, it should be fixed now.
